WHAT IS WILLIT RETURN POLICY ?

To process a return from our website, items have 14 days from the purchase date or reception via USPS. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original ccondition,unworn with tags attached products.

2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to support@thewillit.com.

3. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of returning the product to us. (If you received the wrong or damaged items, we are very sorry and will bear all the shipping costs.)

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

ALL ITEMS RESPECTING THE WILLIT RETURN POLICY CAN BE RETURNED.

You can return multiple orders in a single package. Please provide the purchase orders corresponding to the returned items. To return your item(s), simply follow the instructions below within 14-days of receiving your order:

  • Go online to willit.com/returns to initiate your return.
  • Provide us with the reason for the return.
  • After review of your return is accepted you may receive a prepaid shipping label (certain country exclusions apply).
  • Repackage carefully with all the original hangtags and packaging and apply your shipping label to the reusable bag or box.
  • Drop it off at your nearest any express location.
  • A refund notification will be sent once the return has been processed at our warehouse.

1. Access your order history by logging into your account using the email address you used when placing your order.

2. Once you are logged in, navigate to your order page, where you will find a list of your past orders.

3. Identify the product(s) you wish to return, ensuring they meet the necessary return conditions.

4. On your account page, you will have the option to submit a return request for the eligible product(s).

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND ?

We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon's fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange for items purchased online. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
