Do I need an Account to checkout?
You do not need to create a WILLIT account to checkout, but there are benefits to having an account. To securely save credit cards, billing addresses, and to be able to see your order history. Click on the "Account" button located at the top right of any page to "Log in" or "Create a New Account".
What is the status of my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking link in this email to view the updated status of your package. Otherwise, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll happily check it for you!
Where are you products shipped from?
All of our products are stored and shipped from Fulfillment centers located throughout the United States.
If I can't find an item on your website, does that mean that it's sold out?
Our inventory is always updating. If you are not able to find or select your color and size in a specific item, then yes, that item is sold-out. Reach out to Customer Service for other product suggestions.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product size information can be found in the size chart as the size choices on our product page.
Orders & Shipping
Can I change or update my order?
Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout. During checkout, you can enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses. You can also review your order before it's final, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item. We are unable to modify or make edits once it's been placed.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 10 business days of the order being placed.
How long does delivery take?
All item orders made on this website should arrive within 2-7 business days.
How much will I be charged on shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35.
Return & Exchange
Can I return my order?
Yes, orders may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition, unworn with tags attached.
How do I return my products?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.
* Please follow our steps emailed to you to contain certain packaging information when return the item so we can successfully process your returns.
* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, customs, taxes and all the other fees of returning the product to us.
* Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
Are returns free?
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of returning the product to us. ( If you received the wrong or damaged items, we are very sorry and will bear all the shipping costs. )
When will I get my refund?
We will process your return and refund when your items back to Amazon's fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
How can I exchange an item?
Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
